Designed for most hinged doors up to 1-3/8 inches thick. If you remove GlideLok’s spacer bar, it can fit doors up to 1-13/16 inches thick. It works on interior and exterior doors, French doors, and doors with levers or unique handles. It is not compatible with sliding doors (pocket, bifold, or sliding glass), storm doors, metal door frames, or doors that swing in both directions.

What you need to know before you buy

• One screw (included) must be drilled into the doorframe. On many exterior doors, the screw goes on the outside portion while you can still operate GlideLok from both sides.
• Ensure you can reach the top of your door to operate the unit smoothly.
