Returns are free. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of an eligible item, whether it arrived damaged or wrong or you simply changed your mind: email mythriftymom.ca@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may need a few extra days to post it.
