• Safety and care: Made from BPA-free silicone, offering a reusable and easy‑to‑clean solution that supports regular pump use.
• Smooth experience: The inserts can help reduce friction and may improve comfort when used with lubricant options such as coconut oil or nipple butter.
• Practical application: The set includes multiple inserts so you can try more than one option during a single session if needed.

How to use and care for your inserts

• Start by selecting a size that fits your 24mm shield and feels most comfortable during a test pumping session.
• Insert one or more pieces into the shield to adjust the tunnel size gradually, and assess fit and comfort.
• For best results, you may experiment with two inserts at once to explore different levels of adjustment.
• After pumping, rinse with mild soap and warm water, dry thoroughly, and store in a clean, dry place.

While these inserts are designed to enhance comfort and fit, individual results will vary. They’re intended as a practical, non-prescriptive option for optimizing how your 24mm shield sits and feels during use.
