Philips Avent Anti-Colic Nipple – 2 Slow Flow, 2 Count | BPA-Free

Overview

The Philips Avent Anti-Colic Nipple is a thoughtfully designed accessory for bottle feeding that aims to support a natural feeding pace while keeping fussiness to a minimum. With a clear, durable silicone body, this nipple is built to feel familiar for babies who transition between breast and bottle, helping parents feel confident at mealtimes.

Key design and benefits

• The nipple features two small holes and a slow-flow design, ideal for babies aged 1 month and up or for breastfed babies who switch between feeding methods.
• A flexing anti-colic valve helps minimize air intake, which can contribute to less gas and discomfort during feeds.
• Clinically studied to reduce colic compared with a conventional bottle, with the most noticeable difference reported at night.
• Compatible with all Philips Avent Classic bottles, enabling easy use with existing gear.
• BPA-free construction and straightforward cleaning make everyday feeding safer and simpler.

Material and feel

The nipple is made from flavorless, odorless silicone that resists discoloring and stickiness, preserving a clear appearance even after repeated washes. Its soft, rounded shape aims to support a comfortable latch for babies who nurse from both breast and bottle.

Care and compatibility

Dishwasher safe and sterilizable by boiling for five minutes or via Philips Avent steam sterilizers, this nipple is designed to fit into a routine you already trust. Its compatibility with Classic bottles means fewer parts to manage and simpler bottle setups during busy days.

Why it can matter for families

• Designed to help regulate feeding pace, which can contribute to calmer feeding sessions.
• Clear silicone and a modern shape provide a familiar feel for babies adjusting between feeding methods.
• Safe materials and easy cleaning support regular use without compromising convenience.
• Long-term compatibility with existing Philips Avent Classic bottles helps minimize substitutions when gear is in regular use.
