The WAOWAO Extra Tall Baby Gate is engineered for busy homes that need a tall, sturdy barrier for both kids and pets. With a 40.55 inch height, it creates a confident boundary at doorways, stairs, and hallways, combining performance with a clean, modern look in black metal.

Key design features

• 180° two‑way opening lets you pass through from either direction, while keeping hands free for quick errands.
• One‑hand operation and a tall profile make everyday transitions smoother for parents and caregivers.
• Durable construction uses thick carbon steel and reinforced tubing for a reliable, long‑lasting gate.
• Spacing between tubes is narrow enough to deter pets from squeezing through, helping you manage entry points more effectively.

Size, fit and extension options

• Height is 40.55 inches, with width adjustable from 29.53 inches up to 76.77 inches using extensions.
• Designed for various indoor openings, including stairs, doorways, and hallways; measure your opening to ensure a proper fit.
• Quick, tool-free setup with four adjustable pressure bolts—no drilling or wall damage required.

Security and ease of use

• Double lock system on the handle adds an extra layer of security, helping adults open with one hand while remaining challenging for little ones.
• Automatic close engages after passage, helping maintain a barrier without constant attention.

Durability and real‑world use

Constructed from sturdy metal with a robust outer frame, this gate is built to withstand pull and tug in high‑traffic areas. It’s a practical solution for homes with toddlers and pets that want clear, safe boundaries.

What to expect and tips
